SMS Messaging Terms of Service

1. Program Description

Phoenix Forge Digital ("PFD," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program (the "Program") that sends B2B service-related notifications to business owners and operators in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Messages may include:

• Discovery call confirmations and reminders
• Website demo delivery notifications
• Project status updates
• Service follow-ups and check-ins
• Account and billing notifications

2. Consent & Opt-In

You must provide express written consent before we send you any SMS messages. Consent is collected through one of the following methods:

• Website Opt-In: By entering your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our website at www.phoenixforgedigital.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default and requires an affirmative action from you.
• Keyword Opt-In: By texting START or YES to (602) 803-2227. You will receive a confirmation message before any further messages are sent.
• Verbal Opt-In: During a scheduled discovery call, a PFD representative will read a consent script and ask for your verbal agreement before enrolling you in the Program. A copy of the consent script is publicly available at www.phoenixforgedigital.com/sms-consent.html.

Consent is per campaign. Providing consent for service notifications does not constitute consent for marketing messages, and vice versa. Consent is not transferable and cannot be assigned to any third party. Messaging consent is separate from our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive 1–4 messages per month depending on your service engagement. Specific campaigns may have different frequencies, which will be disclosed at the time of opt-in.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile service plan, your carrier may charge you for each message sent and received. Please consult your mobile service provider for details on your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the Program at any time. To opt out, reply with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or OPTOUT

After you submit an opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you re-subscribe by providing subsequent express written consent.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All mobile information and messaging consent data is used exclusively by Phoenix Forge Digital to deliver the Program described above. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide consent for the mobile number you register. The Program is currently available only to recipients with U.S.-based mobile numbers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
